Retaliation

I never understood people who got into the whole thing of vandalizing cars and property. What do you actually get out of this foolishness and what does that say about you? I know some folks who get kicks out of it, but to be honest it just shows you can’t handle your problems any other way.  There are even songs that promote this type of violence. I remember about two years ago a woman sang a song called “Bust the Windows”. Then, a television show called Snapped aired. This show is all about the actions of women when her mind snaps from being hurt.  There are other ways to handle your anger. The other day I was telling an older person about a situation I just went through, were someone who really didn’t know me kept coming out of their mouth making unnecessary comments. The first thing this person said was you should call them and tell them off. I had to stop and laugh at this person because everything they were saying on the phone was involving   energy that I wasn’t willing to use. Sorry, but my methods are so much better. When a guy does me wrong I’m not texting, or calling and please believe me I’m not driving by your house to see if your home. If you’re gone it’s for a good reason.  I don’t do the stalker thing.  Men love it when a women shows that she’s still caught in her feelings. Some even laugh because you’re still calling and texting and he’s already moved on. There are some men who get ego trips off of it because it shows he’s still wanted and you still care.  Men have become masters of a phase I call Fade to Black. Women who learn this method will learn to stop wearing their hearts on their sleeves.  Yes I must admit Fade to Black may seem cold-hearted, but if you talking to someone you’re not feeling after a few weeks learning this method is mandatory. Sorry fellas I worked too hard for my career and education to be chasing someone and doing dumb stuff.  Spending time in the pen over foolishness is not my cup of tea. Life is so much better when you learn to move on.
