God's Confirmation

There is something marvelous about the confirmation from God.  It sends reassurance to your soul.  Several months ago my pastor had began to preach and his words hit home. Then I took a trip to Indianapolis for a church convention and the speakers there preached and those words confirmed the very things my pastor had spoke.  Several weeks later my church held a youth conference and the out of town preacher spoke on the very same things my pastor had spoken on.  Each one confirmed what the other was saying and it was proof to me what I needed to do.  God spoke to my life and said it was time to move on and to come from out of the situations I had put myself into.  He began to speak words into my life and he wanted me to separate myself from those who didn’t want any good for my life. He began to speak and show me signs of things that had happened down through the years to me because of people who were connected to me.  As he opened my eyes it was as if I was a patient who had realized I had cancer and had to do what was necessary to save my life, so I decided to cut everything out which wasn’t beneficial to me or my way of life.  A few days later I was on a social network website and a speaker stated that “Not everyone in your boat is rowing some people are drilling holes while you’re not looking”.  His words struck home and I began to see the very things God had showed me.  I could see the sabotage that was done in different points in my life.   Sometimes we ask God for sign and wonders and when he grants them we ignore it, but when he shows you the same thing over and over take it for what it is.  God sends us messages to show where we need to be in life, what we need to do and what is necessary to make it to heaven. It’s up to us to listen. Trust me when I say this if I had listen to God years ago I would not have had to endure what I went through in the last year. Follow his instructions and when it’s all over you will feel much better.
