Honored

          In the last few months I’ve changed a great deal of things in my life. It stemmed from realizing I wanted better for my life and understanding that I deserved better. My birthday is on Saturday and those close to me have been asking what I wanted. At this point in life it’s not about the gifts, but it’s about having those close to you spending time with you. Today I attended a company meeting and before it was all over my supervisor pulled out a big tray of cupcakes decorated for my birthday. Along with it was a card and gift card from one of my favorite shoe stores. If you know me you guessed it – ALDO! I didn’t ask for anything, but it felt great to be thought of. When you began to change things in your life people do notice. A positive attitude can do wonders in your life. Take the time today to show someone that you love them and care for them. It could really make a difference in their day.
