A few minutes ago I was about to do something and then God’s voice spoke and said don’t. I praise God for knowing his voice and listening. Early this week I wanted to participate in an event my job was hosting but it looked as if I was going to have to attend a different event for my department and God worked it all out. My department event was postponed and my firm event I’m able to attend. I prayed about the situation. It was something small, but God knew my heart. When you pray with an honest heart God does answer prayers. When he gives you an answer don’t forget to listen and then take an extra moment to give him thanks.
