Close Your Mouth
For the last mouth someone has been
sending the most absurd messages to a friend of mine cell phone. Please forgive
me but I am so thankful God has taken me to another level because it would be so
easy to jump on Ready, Set Go Blvd. It
is so true some people don’t know what to say.
I don’t care if you belong to the most popular family in town and your
get up dripping in diamonds everyday that still doesn’t give you the right to
make someone else feel small so that you can sleep at night. I praising God right now because had it not
been for the Lord who is on my side this issue would have went all kinds of
wrong. It doesn’t matter if you’re a preacher,
pastor, pimp or pew baby something’s should not be said. Just because you feel like you needed to say
it doesn’t mean it needs to be heard. If
you don’t like what a person is doing with their life then kick rocks
barefooted and keep it to yourself.
Texting or calling a person with this type of garbage isn’t glorifying
the kingdom and it’s really making folks question your walk. Instead of kicking a person when their down
pray for them. Like my mom always say if
you can’t say something nice to that person then don’t say nothing at all. Geesh! Really! I’m just shocked at the level
people go to in making sure they look good.
Now what you don’t want to do is let me see you running around a church
and shouting after you just belittled a person who’s trying to get to where you
are. Hmmmm! God ain’t in that. We need more praying saints and less aints
. Okay………. I am so glad you have no control over me
making it into the pearly gates because I could see right now we both wouldn’t
be making it in. One thing I’ve learned
is this sometimes the things you need to say doesn’t mean that it needs to come
from you. God has someone who can get
his word across and it won’t end up in collateral damages. If he didn’t speak to you personally and say
I need you to say this then ooh honey don’t do it. Especially if you don’t have that type of
relationship with the person where they would receive your words well. Lets pray that not only you learn what to
say but that the person who’s receiving this abuse learns that not all of God’s
creatures live on the torment of others. God gave us some pastor and preachers to direct us in the way in which we should go
but as I stated before if he didn’t give the word to you then don’t speak
it. What you don’t want to do is offend
one of God children’s and have their innocent blood applied to your hands.
