Blessing in disguise

         Amazingly when we look at things through our eyes, we tend to see the surface. Very little times when we look at a person do we notice the heart. For some time now, I have been watching a person from a distance. Just out of curiosity, I admire the type of work they do. A few months ago, we finally met and the experience was interesting. After that, I began to take notice of things that did not match with what I thought of the person. As time went on, I began to notice more and more. Something did not add in my spirit and I began to withdraw from the person. While walking to the office this morning this came to me people will show you the version of them that they want you to see. An imposter or person who has things they would prefer you not know will try to keep up a façade, but that can only be kept for so long. Eventually the truth is revealed. Many times, we discover this issue when it is too late. My advice to you is keep watching and observing a person’s actions. Real will always recognize real and anything less than that will tell on itself.  Sometimes the blessing is doing your research and not moving faster than we should.
