Guilt & Shame

Interesting as it is, people have a way of projecting their guilt and shame onto others. When a person is alone, you will be amazed how the brain reminds them of things they forgot or suppressed. Instead of making a mend with their wrong doing they project it onto someone else. Shifting the hurt, blame, shame and guilt in order to feel irrelevant. The best thing to do would be to take ownership for the part you played. Repentance is good for the soul, and forgiveness can do wonders for your mind. Stop making others pay for your wrong doings. Misery truly does love company. If you do not like how you feel then why would, you want someone else to feel the same pain. Release the pain. Forgive yourself for the mistakes you made. Apologize to those you have offended. It is better to enjoy life without the unnecessary oppressions and burdens.
