Compliants

               I’m wondering if people really understand the difference between complaints and not being happy about anything. Complaints do not have to be negative, and some can bring awareness to situations that need to be brought to light. Now for those of you who just find the negative in everything please do the world a favor and ease up. Consider the person you are facing with the issue and consider their feelings if you were on the other end. Even when it comes to talking to friends, you have to get to the point where you turn things around and make the person think about what they are saying. Here is a simple test the next time you complain consider how the complaint came across. Evaluate the tone in your voice or in an email. Think about how you sound. Is it a legitimate complaint of interest or are you just being a nuisance? In doing so you may start to see yourself the way others view you. It may be interesting enough to make you want to change how you handle things
