Put God First

         I was driving home today and I began to think of something I just saw on a social website and the words put God first came to me. My mind even went back to a phrase that was said this week in bible class and that was if you put God first he will take care of the rest. He was so right. When we put God first everything always works out. When you try to squeeze God in or cheat him of what’s due to him then everything starts to just fall a rye. By the time I arrived home it felt like a light had gone off. It wasn’t that I hadn’t heard those words before it was the fact that I was starting to fall into a pattern that I didn’t like and that was me handling things my way. Lord I am so sorry. Please forgive me. That was not my intentions. As I reached my kitchen table I began to see things more clearer. If you are dealing with something in your life and you can’t see your way out then give God what is due to him. No matter if it’s your time, money or just of yourself do it. When God works out a situation it has been handled. It’s not messy you don’t have to question it. It is what it is. When he does things he does them big, so give up, give in and let him do what he does best and that’s bless you far better than you can imagine.
