One main reason why we can never progress in life is the fact that we tend to hold on to the past. Last year was a crazy year for me. I did some serious house cleaning in my life. I don’t regret any of it because it helped me get to where I am today. My life has done more than a 360 and I have no one to thank, but God. Who cares what happen last year, last month or 30 years ago. Don’t allow your past to define your future. Let go of the grudges and petty arguments. I’ve decided I’m not going to hold onto people who don’t want to be apart of my life and in some cases it’s good that they don’t want to be apart of my life because it hinders the growth that God is doing in my life. If you want to have a better life let go of the foolishness. I’m starting to dislike the phrase “I don’t mess with you like that”. Reason being if you have salty feelings against your brother or sister you are not going to heaven with that attitude. You can accept that some people you don’t have to deal with in life and you can keep it moving, but don’t dweal on foolishness.
