The Right Group/Organization

For over a year I've been a member of an group which I felt would be so beneficial to the world, but after observing them for over a year I realized that this was not a good selection for me.  Have you ever looked at a group or organization and realized that sometimes the leadership is truly the one who can make or break an group. You see if you notice that leadership can't get it together and isn't open to ideas then there comes a point where you have to realized why am I here. No one likes to be used nor do we want to be an after thought so when you realize that your better seen not heard then you must decide what's important to me. I'm not one who cries for attention, but I am one who will not stand for mistreatment.  We have all looked at something and realized that this looks great, but once you discovered what it's all about then you realize it's time to leave. There isn't anything wrong with leaving but there is something wrong staying to long. You can't fix everything and somethings you shouldn't try.
