Last night I had a great talk with a good friend in reference to dating outside of our race. I believe your heart falls in love with who it wants too. It doesn’t matter if your red, white, black, purple or tan. Sometimes when you have been trying so hard to find someone within your race to find happiness it can be a good thing to try something different. I will say this I’ve dealt with white and black men who have treated me as a queen, but I’ve also dealt with brothers who dogged me. Bottom-line if you find love outside of your race who am I to tell you that it’s wrong. When you find someone who’s willing to treat you nice, love you for who you are and stick it out through thick and thin then that’s a keeper. Don’t allow society’s issues with mix relationship deprive you of happiness.
