Determination can be a strong thing if you hold onto it. My new goal is to be healthy and lose weight. I’ve dedicated these last few weeks to a strong workout regimen. During this time I’ve notice that others around me who say that want to achieve the same goals have somehow lost their will and determination. In order to achieve the goals you set you have to be willing to hold on to what you have in front of you. It may take you a moment to reach your goal, but the key is to keep moving even if it’s slowly. No movement means your dreams and goals have been deferred.
