The Great Debate

There is something about meeting a new person. Emotionally your senses feel happy while your mind and heart remain cautious. You try not to compare the new person to people from your past. The feeing of being reserved about moving forward is curious and you wonder if this is worth the gamble. The traits that some see as a downfall to why you haven't found the one are revealed in your eyes as a way of your protection. Do you throw caution to the wind or do you stay cautious? Moving slowly trying to give the person a chance, but yet wondering when will they slip up. These are the questions we ask when meeting new people. Will they protect your heart or will they play hop scotch with it?  Questions upon question fill your  mind and you still end up wondering what is right. I don't have the answer for you, but I will say follow what's in your heart.  Starting new relationships can be nice and sometimes the right piece to your puzzle is found. It is ok to be cautious, but be mindful that you don't allow fear to take over. Every relationship becomes a great debate. Love is about taking chances and praying you have minimal risk. Think your options through and make the best decision for you.
