Turn down for what

This year I hit the big 40 and in life we began to think about everything we have accomplished or not accomplished.  I woke up this morning and I felt like yelling like Lil John - YEAH!   LOL! All jokes aside. Love Life, Love hard and do everything you have listed down to do.  Have no regrets.  Last night I had a heart to heart with God. I had to share some tears because at times you wonder why to so many questions.  When it was over I felt better. Maybe I just needed one good cry. You know the ugly ones where you look like Lawd is that me in the mirror. Geesh! Please don't make that face again.  I woke up this morning excited and feeling like Yes Hunty lets turn down today. Yes it's Sunday, but turning down doesn't have to be about getting lit as the young people say it. Wake up dust yourself off and strut your stuff. I'm going to get up and do me. Head to church give God his time and the rest of the evening I'm going to celebrate me. Dinner with friends  and laugh until my side hurts.  Celebrate you because if you don't no one else will.
