Closing the door on another chapter

A few days ago I was confronted by an ex. Things I held to myself that I never spoke I got off my chest. Why does this matter this relationship ended years ago? I guess someone decided they wanted to walk down memory lane and while on the journey they decided they would try to assassinate my character.  Well that wasn't a good idea. Never try to make a person feel bad because your current relationship has you thinking of the past.  I wasn't rude in my reply but I stood my ground. Know your worth and never let anyone make you feel less than what God says you are. Long story short even a bear gets eaten by a lion every now and then. It's ok to get resolution but in getting clarity be mindfully of how you achieve it. I walked away from the situation feeling great. You see the devil tried it and God gave me everything I needed to fight this battle. Another chapter closes again and with this final closure comes a block, delete and removal of social media access. Stand your ground. You don't have to retreat because the devil wants you to. God has your back.
