At Peace/It No Longer Matters
For several months I watched two people get played like Nintendo. The situation was very upsetting and I so wanted to step in and handle things, but I had to allow God to do what he does best. In my heart of hearts I knew that these individuals were lied on and I wanted to clear their names, but I believe that’s when we have to just lean on God. We try so hard to clear our names when at times we really don’t have too. God was there and he witnessed everything. Sometimes we believe clearing our names is the only way to handle things but to be honest sometimes just walking away does it. I was sitting at my desk thinking to myself it’s hard to walk away from things and people you have known, but then God reassured me that these things or people don’t have a heaven or hell to put me in. If my true desire is to see God and to go to heaven I need to just move on and start with a clean slate. Once you get past the shock of not being able to trust, depend or rely on a person then God shows you that in all honesty you never needed them from the beginning. We tend to hold on to things that God doesn’t want us to hold on to. At times we do not realize that these things are killing us and our way of life. Understand this when you are truly free, mind, body and soul you can truly dance as David did. Be free to praise him and say goodbye to being bound.
