Sometimes we have things that are on our chest and we really want to express them, but then the thought comes if this person will understand or receive what I’m trying to say. Before you know it the thought comes along and it say why bother. It’s good to express yourself, but sometimes it’s just not worth you sanity or your peace of mind. Don’t risk ending up with high blood pressure over foolishness. Some things need to be handled and some should just be left alone.
