The Flip Side

Sometimes a person treats a relationship like a new car.  A new model comes out and you see all the bells and whistles and you get excited.  You forget about how loyal and faithful your old car has been to you and you began to complain. Now I’m not saying that you should keep every old car. Some just need some minor up keep.  Here is a great example I know a guy who dated a girl. Their relationship was decent.  It had minor ups and downs like most relationship. The guy decided to check out other models. You know the type the guy who is looking for an upgrade.  Well guess what he got his upgrade.  It was pretty on the outside and had no engine under the hood.  I hate to laugh, but a car should run and move about.  Now he’s stuck with just a shell. Everyone around him can see what’s wrong and how holding on to something so toxic is slowly killing him, but he insist on keep putting Armor All on a car with no engine and flatten tires.  My advice to you is this sometimes you need to hold on to the old vintage vehicle because even though the grass is greener on the other side you could end up with a vehicle that needs a completely new overhaul.
