BBQ

            The word takes me back to an old Chuck Brown song were it talks about getting the friends  and family together for an old fashion BBQ.  A cookout or as some would say BBQ is a chance to gather family and friends together. Every year I host an annual function and I invite several of my friends and family. The list tends to grow each year and it’s my way of showing my love through food for those I love.  There is nothing like saying you love someone over a hot meal. Functions like these bring the family together and they help to keep us connected.   BBQ’s are an old family traditions and one I vowed to keep until the day God closed my eyes.  If you’re in a mood of feeling some love host a BBQ or attend one and spread the love you just might receive that one special hug that might make a big difference.
