Patch of Hair

I think everyone gets to the point where anger builds up and you literally want to just jump up and rip a patch of someone’s hair out. You tend to hold restraint because you’re trying to hold on to what little dignity you have or maybe it’s your job.  Folks will try to push you to the end. I find myself counting to 10 in times like these, but let’s be real counting does not work.  Then you think music will help ease the pain, but that doesn’t work.  After trying everything in your power to stop you from rising out of your seat to react the way you just vision in your mind you silently say a pray. The prayer eases your trouble spirit and then calms your nerves.  If you’re a person who deals with anger you may even realize what you just went through was a test. You nerves and your anger began to subside and then you realized it was God who kept you from acting a complete fool of yourself.  In saying all of this remember when you are at that moment when you feel like throwing all of your cares in the wind and ripping a patch of someone hair out stop and say a silent prayer. No one has to hear it, but God will know and understand.
