The other day I had a causal conversation with a man and before the conversation was over he stated you have the right bait to catch a man. Let’s just say he came at me with a new line that not even I had heard before. The word bait reminds me of going fishing as a child with my grandparents. To some fishing is hard because they don’t have the patience for it. Fishing requires patience and you guess it the right bait. As a child fishing with worms was easy. I had no fear of worms or any other crawling insects, but as I matured I acquired a love for fishing with grass shrimp. Not only did my bait change, but so did my skills. I truly believe at times we get use to fishing for a mate using the same type of bait, but sometimes you need to learn a different technique as well as use a different type of bait. There is a big difference between catching trout and catching bass, so if you’re tired of catching the same type of fish change up your bait. Don’t be surprise if the next time you put your line in the water you just might end up with that prize winning fish.
