Another Point of View

Have you ever sat around and listened to your friends talk?  When you listen to their rhyme or reason for things it can get quite baffling.  There have been moments when I’ve listened to some of friends discuss what they want in a mate and what they want in a job and then you realize that they haven’t modified  themselves to receive the very things they asked for.  Life is about give and take. It’s also about checks and balances.  If your thinking is always one-sided then prepare to spend the rest of your life alone and miserable. Sometimes you need to stop and ask yourself this very question what is it about me that isn’t attracting the folks I want in my life or what is it that makes me to be overlooked for specific positions on my job. I hate to bust your bubble, but you’re flawed. You want to be the king or queen of the hill, but you haven’t even become the cats meow.  Start looking at your situations from another point of view.  You’re being overlooked and there is a reason. Now you just need to find out what it is that you’re doing wrong.  I would tell you to ask a friend, but to be honest many of you aren’t really ready for the truth of what a friend would have to say, but if you feel as if you can handle it then ask. You just might be surprised as to what your doing which is becoming a big turn off or undesirable.
