The True Protection of God

When I was younger, I did like most young girls do I dated someone I thought I would spend a lifetime with. Little to my knowledge that was far from what happened. The relationship ended. Things about this person were brought to the surface. Lies and deception have a way of making people reveal their true intentions. Over the weekend, I was reflecting on life. I started thinking about how messed up my life would have been had I stayed in that same relationship. I began to cry. Talk about dodging a bullet with a red tip. Yikes! I probably would not have finished school or own anything I have now. I would hate to think I would be stuck with multiple kids and on the system. As the weekend moved on God allowed me to see other things about this person that I would not have known unless I had been at the right place at the right time. Wow! Talk about how God will let you know some things. I ended up with four different confirmation as to why it was key that I left this person when I did. I wrote about it on my FB page this morning.  Sometimes we ask God for our hearts desires and we do not realize they can be a tornado of destructions. He knows what would happen if you received the very thing that would hurt you. Your dreams would end and your goals will never be reached. The potential you once held would cease to exist. Stop ignoring his warning and signs for your own logic. He loves you enough to protection you and shield you.
